receive an email of your Per-registration. I will reply with an email of my own thanking you and
officially adding you to the list of coaches that have per-registered for the tournament. This
may take a few days so please be patient. Per-registration will be closed on July 1st 2009.
But if you don't get on the list before then, feel free to show up and play in the tournament.
There are different levels of Per-registration this year, but they all include filling out the form
below. In my return email I will send information on how to pay for some of the other options.
Per-registration Levels
Level 1: You will be paying at the tournament. For filling out the form and getting your name
on the list you will get a special Zlurpee Gift that you wouldn't otherwise get, to show our
appreciation for your time.
Level 2: You will be paying in advance via Paypal (Or some other agreed upon means).

discussed this. You will get a Level 2 Special Zlurpee Bowl Gift. (Limited to the first 50)
